Terms of Service
Rules for using AI Ozil Goal, generation credits and shared media.
Last updated: 2026-10-17
The service
AI Ozil Goal at aiozilgoal.org creates an AI football video from one person’s photo and a fixed scene prompt inspired by the Ozil goal trend. It is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mesut Özil, a football club, league or model provider. A trend name does not imply endorsement. You must be at least 18 to use the service and have authority to agree to these terms.
The generation workflow uses Seedance 2.0, a video model supplied by ByteDance, through EvoLink as the API integration provider. The target is a 15-second MP4 with Standard 480p or HD 720p, in portrait 9:16 or landscape 16:9. Your photo and a fixed prompt guide a dribble, goalkeeper evasion and goal. No reference video or external music file is submitted; the model is asked to generate accompanying audio. Video settings and the credit charge are shown before submission. The service does not guarantee exact movement, identity consistency, uninterrupted availability, or a particular social-media result. Review the picture and sound before sharing.
Your media and permissions
You must have permission to upload and transform the person or character in your photo. Do not use the tool to mislead others about real events, impersonate someone for fraud, create exploitative or abusive material, or infringe rights. Make the AI-generated nature clear when sharing a result.
The service does not grant rights to third-party music, source footage, likenesses, characters or trademarks. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to your use and to the platform where you post. A download is not a commercial-use license for third-party content.
Using your generated video
Your payment buys the generation service. You keep the rights you already have in your uploaded photo. Downloading a completed video, editing it and sharing it for personal use remain subject to these Terms, applicable model-provider terms and third-party rights. A purchase does not establish copyright ownership or exclusive rights and does not include a blanket commercial-use license. Before using a result in advertising, sponsored content or other brand or commercial activity, verify that the applicable model-provider terms and all required likeness, music, trademark and other permissions allow that use.
Accounts and requests
Ordinary generation is available through a guest session without registration. Tasks belong to the guest or signed-in identity that submitted them. Purchased credit access can also be restored through the payment-email matching described below. Keep session cookies and credentials secure; do not share sessions or attempt to access another identity’s tasks. Clearing site data or changing browsers may prevent guest access. Keep your order and task references for support. The credit recovery page accepts a payment email and matches it to server-verified, settled Waffo payments with recorded credit grants. It makes the current remaining purchased credits available to your current browser identity; eligible guest purchases with the same email are combined in that balance. Recovery does not create or transfer credits and does not send an email, require a code or verify mailbox ownership. Anyone who knows the payment email can access and spend the matching balance. It does not expose past photos, videos, tasks or order details, or sign you in as the original purchaser. A matched balance can be zero when its credits have been spent; an email with no eligible settled payment does not restore credit access. Generation and upload endpoints may be rate limited.
An accepted generation cannot be canceled through this interface. If submission status is uncertain, check the existing request. Do not repeatedly create paid tasks to resolve a network error. The service may reject unsupported or disallowed images.
Credits and pricing
Standard 480p costs 100 credits per generation and HD 720p costs 200. The available resolutions are shown in the generator. One-time packs are listed on pricing; purchased credits do not expire and there is no recurring subscription in this catalog. The price displayed and verified by the server governs the request.
Credits are reserved when a task is created. A confirmed failed or rejected generation returns reserved credits. An uncertain request or a video awaiting storage is investigated or retried under its existing task identity. A successful video with aesthetic differences or artifacts is not automatically a technical failure. Making another video costs credits again.
Purchases, credit validity and cancellation
Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD: Single costs $6.90 for 100 credits, Starter costs $9.90 for 300 credits, and Creator costs $24.90 for 900 credits. Purchased credits do not expire. Standard costs 100 credits per video; HD costs 200 credits. Credits can be used across these options; any remainder stays in your balance.
These packs are not subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal or automatic top-up, and no recurring plan to cancel. You can stop using the service without a future recurring charge. Stopping use does not automatically refund a completed purchase. Review the total and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before paying. When payment is enabled and offered at checkout, Waffo Pancake handles these packs; credits are added after payment is confirmed.
Refund requests and billing questions
For a mistaken charge, duplicate payment, undelivered credits or another refund request, email support@aiozilgoal.org with your order number, checkout email, if provided, and the reason for your request. Do not send card details or passwords. Requests are reviewed against payment, credit-delivery and usage records and applicable consumer rights. A refund is not automatically approved merely by sending a request, and this policy does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.
A failed generation returning reserved credits is a credit adjustment, not a cash refund. Pending tasks and uncertain provider responses need to be checked before their outcome can be determined. Contact the same support address if your payment or credit balance appears incorrect.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This policy applies to uploaded photos, generation requests, generated videos and use or sharing of content obtained through this service. You must not upload, request, generate or distribute:
- Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit, pornographic or non-consensual intimate content.
- Violence / gore: graphic injury, gore, or content promoting violence, terrorism or self-harm.
- Hate speech: content attacking or inciting hatred against people based on protected characteristics, including race, religion, nationality, sex or sexual orientation.
- Child-unsafe content / CSAM: sexualized depictions of minors, child sexual abuse material, exploitation or grooming, including synthetic content.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: non-consensual or deceptive depictions of real people, fraudulent endorsements or content misleading viewers about someone's identity, actions or statements. Permission to use a photo does not permit deceptive impersonation.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected images, characters, music, brands or other third-party material, or claims that falsely imply affiliation or endorsement.
Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, unlawful activity, mass-violence promotion or instructions for weapons of mass destruction. Do not bypass service restrictions or pass off AI-generated videos as authentic recordings. Fixed generation instructions do not exempt uploaded photos or results from these rules.
Reporting and review
Report suspected violations, impersonation or infringement to support@aiozilgoal.org. Include the task ID or relevant URL, a description of the concern and information supporting your report. Do not attach illegal material; provide identifying details instead. You do not need an account to send a report.
Reports are handled by support under the following timetable, measured from receipt of the report:
- First response: we provide a human response within 2 business days, acknowledging the report and requesting any information needed to identify or assess the content.
- Outcome notice: within 7 business days, we notify the reporter of the review outcome and any action taken, or explain why no action is warranted. We limit the details shared where necessary to protect privacy or meet legal obligations.
- Complex cases: if additional evidence or third-party cooperation is needed and the review cannot be completed within 7 business days, we notify the reporter within that same deadline, explain the delay and provide an expected completion date. We then send a progress update at least every 5 business days until we communicate the outcome.
Business days are Monday through Friday in Beijing time (UTC+8), excluding public holidays in China. Reports involving suspected child exploitation, non-consensual intimate content or an immediate safety risk receive priority review. See Contact & support for the same reporting timetable and contact details.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on the concern, we may issue a written warning, require the reported use or distribution to stop, or pause new submissions to the service while addressing a serious issue. We may refer suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
During review, we assess the report against this policy and available task records, and apply the measures above when warranted. The outcome notice explains the decision and applicable measures, subject to privacy and legal limits.
If you believe a decision is mistaken, reply to the support correspondence with the task or report reference and your reasons for reconsideration. Appeals follow the same 2-business-day first response, 7-business-day outcome notice and complex-case update timetable, measured from receipt of the appeal.
Current content checks
The tool uses a fixed scene prompt rather than a user-written prompt. The server requires SeeAPI text review of that prompt before generation and image review of the uploaded photo. Before saving or displaying a generated video, it requires a SeeAPI check of 32 sampled visual frames for NSFW and special-care labels. Missing, incomplete or unavailable required checks do not release the result. Moderation decisions and available usage records are retained with task references. Sampling does not examine every frame or review speech or soundtrack content, and is not a certification of every generated result. Generation requests also ask the model provider to apply its content filter. Support reports are assessed using submitted references and available task records; users must still follow the restrictions above.
Output and availability
Generation depends on AI and storage services. Delivery times are not guaranteed. A failed request is handled under the credit rules above.
You can preview and download a completed, saved video while it remains available in service storage. The application does not add a watermark. You should save a local copy of results you want to keep. Storage retention is described in the Privacy Policy, with no promised automatic deletion or permanent hosting interval.
Support and changes
Use the help page, account support tickets or support@aiozilgoal.org for problems. Include the task or order ID and avoid sending credentials or unrelated private data. Product settings, prices and these terms may change; an existing task keeps its recorded charge. Review the current terms before starting a new generation.
