Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers AI Ozil Goal at aiozilgoal.org. It describes the service’s account, generation, payment and support workflows. Third-party platforms where you post a result operate under their own policies.

Information used by the service

Account information may include your email address, name, authentication-provider identifiers, session records and support messages. Generation records include the image resource URL, quality and aspect-ratio selections, request and task IDs, task status, credit charge and generated video resource URL. We do not need a written prompt from you for this preset tool.

The image you select is first previewed locally in your browser. When you submit a generation, the service uploads it to configured object storage so the AI service can retrieve it. Do not submit sensitive or confidential photographs, or images of someone who has not agreed to this use.

To suggest credit recovery after a browser change, the service may derive a keyed hash from the trusted network IP at checkout and associate it with the order. A hint becomes active only after a verified successful Waffo payment, is valid for 90 days, and is checked by an exact key lookup. The hint stores the derived network key and an order reference, rather than an additional raw IP address. It only controls a recovery prompt; sharing a network never grants credit access or reveals another buyer’s email or order details. Expired hints are no longer used for this prompt. Existing analytics records have the separate retention behavior described below.

Generation providers and storage

The generation workflow sends your uploaded image URL and a fixed football-scene prompt to EvoLink, our API integration provider, to use Seedance 2.0, a video model supplied by ByteDance. These providers process the photo and instructions to fulfill the generation request under their applicable terms and privacy practices. The request uses your photo as image input and asks the model to generate the scene and its audio; it does not send a reference video or an external soundtrack. Required safety checks send the fixed prompt and uploaded image URL to SeeAPI before generation. The generated video URL is sent to SeeAPI for a check of 32 sampled visual frames before storage and display. This check does not inspect every frame, speech or soundtrack content. We retain task-linked moderation decisions, policy versions, timing and available provider usage records; these audit records do not include the original photo pixels or full provider response. The service saves generated results in its configured object storage before making them available for preview and download.

Provider-readable upload and result URLs may be publicly retrievable by anyone who has the URL. Unpredictable filenames are not an access-control guarantee. Do not distribute private image URLs. The authenticated download endpoint verifies the guest or signed-in identity that owns the task, but this does not turn underlying public storage URLs into private files.

Authentication and payments

Session cookies identify the browser session, including a guest session, and support account security. Ordinary generation does not require registration. Tasks belong to the identity that submitted them; losing its cookies or clearing site data may prevent access to past photos, videos and tasks. Credit recovery normalizes the email you enter by trimming spaces and converting it to lowercase, then matches it against server-verified, settled Waffo payment and credit-grant records. It records credit access for your current browser identity and makes the matching remaining purchased credits available without creating or transferring credits. Several eligible guest purchases using the same payment email contribute to that available balance. No recovery email, code or mailbox-ownership check is used. Anyone who knows the matching payment email can gain access to and spend that balance. This does not provide access to the original purchaser’s photos, videos, tasks or order details, and does not sign you in as that person. Signing in, where offered, uses a separate authenticated identity. An enabled external authentication provider processes sign-in information through its own service. When payment is enabled, payment processing happens through the provider offered at checkout, including Waffo Pancake when offered. That provider processes payment information under its own privacy policy. AI Ozil Goal stores order and settlement identifiers and credit records; it does not require your full payment-card details in a support message.

Browser drafts and task recovery

The browser may retain a selected file in IndexedDB when you leave for sign-in or checkout, to restore it on return. Drafts are limited to a one-hour restoration window and removed when consumed; expired data is cleaned on a subsequent draft read, not by a guaranteed background timer. Task and request IDs are saved in local storage for recovery. Remove your photo or clear site data to remove browser copies. Clearing this data does not cancel an accepted provider request.

Analytics

When first-party conversion tracking is enabled, browser cookies identify observed visits for up to 30 days. We record page paths, the first landing page, referring domain and origin, and permitted campaign parameters to understand visitor sources and registration, generation and payment. Signing in or registering may associate the browser identifier with an account; we do not merge visitors by IP address. When available, Cloudflare provides the connection IP and approximate country, region and city; these are not precise device locations. Visitor details are restricted to authorized administrators.

Tracking records allowlisted events such as tool views, uploads, generation clicks, login gates, checkout redirects, settled payment and generation outcomes, and completed download responses. Event metadata excludes image pixels, free-text prompts, private support content, full referrer URLs and card details. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently configured for these records; access or deletion requests can be made using the contact details below. Analytics services configured by the operator may also receive browsing data according to their own policies. Browser privacy controls and content blockers may affect collection.

Retention and deletion

There is no automatic deletion schedule promised by the current service. Account, transaction, support and task records can be retained to operate the service, reconcile charges and handle disputes. Uploads and videos remain in storage until removed. Third-party providers and caches follow their own retention practices.

To request deletion, email support@aiozilgoal.org, and identify the affected uploads or tasks. A signed-in user may also open a support ticket. We may need to verify ownership, and some transaction records may need to be retained. Removal from our storage does not remove copies you published elsewhere.

Support and content reports

Support and policy reports may include an account email, order or task reference, relevant URL and a description of the issue. We use this information to investigate billing, safety, rights or privacy concerns and respond to the sender. Avoid sending illegal attachments, passwords, full card details or unrelated private information.
